COSMIC RAYS VIDEO DNA CHANGE

If this isn't an argument . Could we be pushed back instead of ahead by cosmic radiation ?
We detect these particles here deep in a mine in Sudbury Ontario . The bombardment of Earth by cosmic radiation studies lead me to , adding a substance to our atmosphere that we can tweak to absorb them . Or collect them , after all if they aren't energetic their movement and collision is .
